Long-timescale Optimization and Dynamics Engine

LODE

Hourglass libraries for rare-event molecular simulation: a Rust core, a C ABI waist, and C++, Python, and Fortran on the other side.

Documentation Ecosystem Source

Shared waist, many languages

Each LODE crate is one job. The implementation is Rust. The published contract is a C ABI. Typed headers and language bindings sit on top of that waist, so a Meson wrap, a CMake find_package, and cargo add see the same numbers.

  • New to the stack? Docs hub lists every package site.
  • Which crate? Ecosystem is the catalog: CON I/O, the CON corpus, the minimum-image wrap, and kinetic Monte Carlo kernels.
  • Periodic cells? minimage is the shared H-lattice minimum-image convention used by linkcell and d-SEAMS.

The same shape as AiiDA's split between the engine and the plugin docs: one org landing, one docs hub, one page per package.
